6
Insurance Products

Insurance policies displayed or facilitated through DIGIPe are issued and
underwritten by authorized insurance companies.

The applicable policy wording, proposal form, schedule, exclusions,
deductibles, coverage limits, waiting periods, warranties, conditions,
endorsements, premium, and claim requirements are determined by the
issuing insurer.

Important: Information displayed in the app or on the
website is a summary and does not replace the official insurance policy
document. In the event of a conflict, the policy document issued by the
insurer will prevail.

DIGIPe may assist with policy applications, document submission, premium

DIGIPe does not independently underwrite insurance unless expressly stated.

Policy issuance remains subject to insurer approval, verification,
underwriting requirements, receipt of premium, and applicable regulations.

and required verification have been received.

The indicative timeframe is subject to:

The 60–120 day period is an indicative facilitation target and not an
unconditional settlement guarantee. The issuing insurer retains final
authority over claim admissibility, approval, rejection, and settlement.

A claim may be delayed or rejected if documentation is incomplete, the loss
is excluded, information is inaccurate, fraud is suspected, premiums are
unpaid, or policy conditions have not been satisfied.

You agree to pay all applicable:

Payments may be processed by third-party payment gateways, banks, insurers,

regulatory requirements, or other circumstances beyond DIGIPe’s control.

Failure to make payments when due may result in policy lapse or
cancellation, loss of coverage, late fees, recovery action, adverse credit
consequences, or other outcomes under the relevant agreement.

10
Refunds and Cancellations

Any refund, cancellation, free-look period, premium adjustment, or financing
reversal will be governed by the terms of the relevant insurer, lender,
payment provider, or applicable law.

DIGIPe may assist with submitting an eligible cancellation or refund

government charges, or completed services may be non-refundable where
permitted by law and previously disclosed.
